Injection Workshop

Our injection workshop was built based on the human medicine restriction, and has got National GMP Certification from National Ministry of Agriculture.
We imported air purification system, freeze drying equipment, antipollution devices, above 100,000 grade clean equipment, and we dried, cooled and subpackaged our products in the 100 grade FFU environment, which make sure the quality of all products in each step. We have a set of strict sterility control process during the raw and auxiliary materials entering, weighing, preparation, filling, capping. Especially the vials and rubber stoppers, which directly contact with the solution, have to disinfect before filling. The solution exposure and filling process are in the 100 grade FFU environment, which make sure the solution clean and the sterile filling. The production implements the automated assembly line work from the vials washing, drying and sterilizing to filling, capping, light inspection and labeling.
