Lyophilized Powder Injection Workshop
Our lyophilized powder injection workshop was built based on the human medicine restriction, and has got National GMP Certification from National Ministry of Agriculture.
We applied the most advanced equipment to ensure the quality of all products, such as second-level reverse osmosis device, numerically controlled air-purified system, Ultrasonic wash flask, far infrared sterilizing tunnel oven, numerically controlled screw filling machine. Fully automatic rubble stopper washing machine is adopted and the cleaning, drying and sterility of medicinal butyl rubber stoppers are guaranteed by 7 procedures. These equipments make sure all the products are subpackaged in the controllable clean sterile environment. We have achieved automatic assembly line.
